Consent To Take and Use Photographs

I give St. Thomas Church permission to record or photograph (including still photography, videography, and audio recording) the applicant or participant while at camp and while at camp-related activities. I give the Church permission to use any photographs or videos taken of the applicant or participant. I agree that all photos or videos taken of the applicant or participant and used or retained by the Church shall be without any form of compensation to me or the applicant/participant. I agree that all such photos, videos, or recordings shall be the property of the Church. I agree that the Church may also use the applicant/participant’s name in connection with the publication of any photographs or videos of the applicant or participant. The consideration for permission to take, use, and retain ownership of such photographs, videos, or recordings of the applicant or participant is the Church’s allowance of the applicant or participant to attend camp. Any such images, recordings, pictures or videos may be used by the Church for any purpose, including promotional materials.
