Circle of Grace – Special Needs Communion

Circle of Grace- Special Needs Communion Program Information:

Who: Special Needs Children, 3rd grade and up

 (Must be accompanied by a parent/guardian to all communion classes)

What: First communion classes modified to the needs of children with learning differences, using an adaptive first communion kit.

Where: St. Thomas Chaldean Catholic Church

When: Every Saturday (October 5, 2024-May 3, 2025)

-Classroom: 3:30-4:30pm (in the baptismal/kids’ room)

-Mass Practice 4:30-5pm (Goal Oriented for Each Child)

-Mass 5-6pm (MUST attend ONCE a month)

Why: For children of all needs to receive their First Holy Communion in a format that is differentiated for their specific needs.

NO Communion Classes: 11/30, 12/28, 1/4, 4/19

Your child can only miss 2 communion classes throughout the program.

After the registration form is completed, volunteers will schedule a meeting with you prior to the program starting.
